Hilbert Giscombe (Bert) is a Managing Member of Sunny Plains Foundation, with a vision for educating others to live a healthier lifestyle.

In addition to the Foundation work, Bert is a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and Special Projects for Pratt & Whitney Rockedyne (PWR), which is a division of United Technologies Corporation. His work has taken him on a number of international assignments in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Bert has served several non-profit organizations throughout his career. He is a past Member of the Board of Governors of Northern Caribbean University, and the President for their Federation of North American Alumni Association. Bert currently serves as a Board Member for the Artist Showcase of the Palm Beaches since 2002. He is a Certified Public Accountant and i a Doctoral candidate for International Business with a focus on Corporate Social Responsiblity.
