Entry Requirements and Rules

  1. Board members, staff and volunteers are not eligible to participate in the competition.
  2. There are no geographic restrictions. Must be eighteen and older to enter.
  3. Participants must complete the form with:
    -Legal first and last Name
    -Valid email address
    -State/City and Country
    -Short description about personal method(s) used to decrease stress
  4. You can receive an additional entry by referring a friend(s). Friends must enter your name in the referral box for you to be eligible for additional entries.
  5. Final date for submission is February 28th, 2015.
  6. The winner will be contacted by email and will have 3 days to respond. If there is no response within 3 days another winner will be chosen.
  7. Prize money will be presented:
    -In person
    -Electronically
    -Via United States Postal Service
    *Mode of delivery will be dependent on recipient’s geographic location.
  8. Contest winner will be announced officially on March 10th, 2015 via Facebook.
  9. In addition to the main prize, we will also have 4 weekly mini competitions on Facebook, where fans will get the opportunity to win other great prizes.
