Dr. Grace Sidberry is a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with individuals and couples. Her passion is to teach others how to enhance emotional well-being and to function more effectively in relationships.

As holistic beings, it benefits us to understand how the interaction of brain, body, mind, emotions and relationships impact our physical and emotional health. Life’s experiences directly affect how the brain functions and this in turn affects how we feel emotionally and physically. By practicing techniques to help change how our brain cells interact, we can experience improvements in our emotional and physical health.

In her work with people who are dealing with major life stressors and other significant trauma, Grace uses techniques from the interdisciplinary field of Interpersonal Neurobiology to help promote healing. Grace received her Ph.D. in psychology from the University of North Texas. She maintains a private practice in Plantation, Florida.

Grace served as the president of the South Florida chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists for several years. She is a member of the Board of Directors for International Health Initiatives, a not for profit organization which promotes health and wellness programs for underserved populations
domestically and internationally.
