George Percival Williams is a Managing Member of Sunny Plains Foundation, with a vision of optimal health and wellbeing for humanity. With a passion for serving others, he works diligently to uplift the downtrodden and underserved individuals and communities.
George is a Motivational Speaker and Pastor, with competencies in Pastoral Counseling and Psychology. He currently Pastors the Kendall and Homestead SDA Churches in South Florida, and is a Certified Parent Educator (National Family Planning Board, Jamaica), and a Certified Youth Trainer (General Conference SDA). In addition to his congregational pastoral ministry, George served as Chaplain for several institutions, including the International Association of Business Communicators in the Caribbean, the SDA Fraternities of the University of the West Indies, and the University of Technology. He also served as Youth Ministries Director in the East Jamaica Conference of SDA, Ministerial Coordinator for Central Jamaica, and a Member of the Chapel Management Committee for University of the West Indies. George was a Lecturer at Northern Caribbean University Extension Campus, Kingston, Jamaica, and was a Television and Radio Presenter (Love 101 FM).
In addition to Sunny Plains Foundation, George currently serves on the Greater Miami Adventist Academy School Board, and the Florida Conference Executive Committee. In the past, he has served on several other boards at various levels. He was appointed Government Committee Member for Formulating Policy on Volunteerism, Chairman of the Human Employment And Resource Training (HEART) Project in St. Catherine Jamaica, and Member of National Committee Relating to Teen-age Sexuality and Adolescent Health
